My grandfather was superintendent of the Austin Water Department, Laos most of the existing pipes. He’d be laughing his ass off at $1M for 10 fountains. While crying over his beloved Austin.

Price tag...
I believe it. Engineering, permit, fees on 10 separate projects - it’s actually not hard to believe although when you think about how much it costs to actually do it - yep pretty unbelievable.
