Babies first start opening their eyes at around 26-28 weeks of gestation, and see and respond to light from outside their mothers’ abdominal wall...
What about that corresponds to being a “devil baby”? Babies can also smile and make other normal human facial expressions inside their mothers’ uterus, according to doctors...All entirely normal...
