A friend commented today that he was watching video of the relief efforts in the Bahamas and it all seemed to be relief workers getting off planes and getting to work while the natives stood around. Sort of like this

I have a question for those of you who have been to rallies. There are a number of people attending an upcoming rally that are elderly, disabled, or have health issues which means they cannot stand outside in the sun to line up.
The idea was for them to bring lawn chairs and umbrellas, but of course they can’t take them inside. So how is this handled at other rallies?
A plan was to have a charity with a bin there and the items could be donated, but the group that was going to do it said the Secret Service would not allow bins to be placed any where close enough for that to work.
The people are willing to donate these items after they use them in line but the logistics of that seem difficult.
I know this problem has been solved by someone at other rallies...
Ideas?
