Those are just as illegal as cigarettes to anyone under 18 in some states and 21 in others. Just like booze. They do stings in California all the time sending in kids who look like adults but they’re really kids to trap some convenience store clerk who is so damn busy he can’t breathe, because they didn’t ask for a drivers license.
