Fake cigarettes were a bad idea from day one. Now it is an industry. So, five admitted deaths, how many unreported? And hundreds of people with lung and other injuries. Sure, not a big amount in a country of around 300 million legal Americans citizens, but still... Is there any value in fake cigarettes? No. Should they be legal? No. Unless and until manufacturers can (1) Ensure that no one under 18 has access to them, (2) Advertising is not directed or seen by anyone under 18, and (3) That the industry assume 100% of all costs associated with injury and death, then these should remain banned. That’s my two-cents on the matter.
You’re a communist.
Yeah, that is the ticket. Have gubmint ban vaping. For our own good, because everyone is too stupid to make their own choices. /s.
You sound pretty progressive.
And what about alcohol?
Scare mongering is scare mongering.
“Is there any value in fake cigarettes? No.”
You decided for all 300 Million, or just your opinion?
“Should they be legal? No.”
Isn’t this exactly backwards? Do you believe the starting position is EVERYTHING is illegal and only that which the government allows should be legal?
I bet you believe all money belongs to the government except what we are allowed to keep. /s
This Vaping sh*t is another thing the a-hole left pushes. Kids are putting EVERYTHING in these things.
