The Coloradoan reported Wednesday that Fort Collins City Council agreed Tuesday to remove language in the public nudity code that barred women and girls over age 10 from exposing their breasts in public.

Hopefully, they are going to limit it to women under 30. That Ol' Debble Gravity...
I've seen too many older women with dugs they can tuck into the tops of their jeans...

El Rushbo should add that to his Undeniable Truths of Life.

City officials say the ban is expected to be removed Sept. 17. That stinks. It won't be warm enough there to go topless for about six months.
Even then it will still be a bit nippley.
