This is another case of deliberate over charging. The jury will not convict on murder and will not be allowed to convict of manslaughter. It classifies the outrage community, and then allows her to go free.

Prosecutors play games like this when they have to go through a trial, but don't really want a conviction.

It should be up to the jury to decide whether it was murder, manslaughter, or whatever.
