Easiest way to stop it:
Ban employers from making a Bachelors Degree a minimum qualification. Bring back some type of occupational testing.
People feel compelled to go to college because employers have set a Bachelors as the minimum entry ticket to decent employment.
Sounds easy but why isn’t it being done? There are all kinds of solutions people come up with but nothing is acted upon. My solution is come in with a flame thrower and burn down the leftist snake pits. This is a radical solution and I don’t expect anybody to literally do it... BUT... it’s still on par with the easy solutions because, in the end, nothing gets done.
They feel compelled to get that degree because companies stopped testing candidates due to racism. Let employers give basic skills test, reading and math and then more specific job oriented testing. But because public schools don’t teach minority kids basic skills, testing is racist. There are many jobs that can be learned with on the job training, but employers can’t take a chance on illiterates.
