Do you want mouse with that?

Seriously, the mouse is there in the store for a reason... You figure it out...

If you were wondering why your onion rings tasted funny, and why there was hair in your fries, now you know.

Pansies. Grab a steel bowl from the table (the one the mouse is hiding behind will work), dump the contents in the garbage (unless you were planning to continue using it after the mouse ran through it), and cover the mouse.

The first thing to expect is a thorough cleaning & review by the store management, Franchise holder, Whataburger Corporate and local health department. That being said and in the absence of other reliable information, a single mouse is not a definitive sign of an infestation. Such vermin do come via from multiple entries, ranging from restaurant supplies to open doors.

I used to work at McDonald’s.

I would now not eat there unless it was the middle of the day and the manager was present. Too many shenanigans off hours.

………….I’ve been in this burger joint between 1992 and 2011 many times and remember it well. My impression always was that the owner of the franchise could not find or hire a good manager because it was poorly staffed to say the least.

That said, under normal circumstances, Whataburger is an old, good and reliable place to go get a GOOD burger. I ate at one in Marble Falls a week or two ago. The burger and fries were very good!

Used the ladies restroom at a KFC once and it looked like someone dismantled a car engine in it.

That’s not a very big fryer. Is that what they call a Minnie Fryer?

Paraphrasing from the Blues Brothers,

"How much for the little mouse?"

(I once was in a French restaurant near dijon the served one of the diners a delicacy plate of deep-fried whole crunchy tiny frogs. Is this a kind of rodent cheffery?)

The mouse was in the restaurant for the air conditioning and water. Bastrop has had 37 days of 100-106 degrees since mid July. The next four days will add to that total. That fryer didn’t feel all that hot.
