Cadbury’s has been in india since the 1800s and is heavily integrated in the country’s ethos.
It delivers even to small villages and the chocolate formulas have a higher melting point
Not that Cadburys is technically now an American company.
And it’s been in India since the 1800s with its own manufacturing in-country, so the subsidiary is very indian.
the diversity here is not about “race” but about skin colour.
india is a very colour conscious society in which you have “fair skin = beauty” everywhere - they even have a product “fair and lovely” which bleaches skin. Which is weird as many Indian women have lovely chocolate brown skin and complexions.

Good point. Although they all taste the same I like to buy a big bag then hunt down the colors one by one until only orange remains.
