Normally, I come down on the side of the lemonade stand. But if it is causing a traffic problem, it needs to be closed up. Traffic problems actually are DANGEROUS, especially with people texting.

You’re absolutely correct. There’s a difference between sending the police to shut down a lemonade stand on a busy road after a motorist called to complain about it and sending them to shut it down over an alleged violation of some stupid bureaucratic rule.
