At least I’ve got this new warning device. My face where the rash was starts to tingle when I’ve been gardening in the heat and humidity too long.
I got the vaccine after my SIL got shingles. She is an active, athletic woman (plays goalie on an ice hockey team). She was in bed for months and it affected her eyes. Ten years later and she’s still on medications to deal with the after effects.
