I had shingles when I was in the 10th grade. My doctor was shocked...I’m 58 and haven’t had another case. I don’t think I would get a vaccine.
Stress can cause them hubby got them working the Flight Deck. Those of us who had Chicken Pox are prone to Shingles. I’ve had 2 small patches. But I’m a 5 Auto Immune patient and vaccines are not usually friendly. I’ve a full typed sheet of drug reactions. A few are the type that send you to the ER, most are very aggravating with hives, or other nasty side effects.
When they get bad you can develop Nephropathy in that area. So each person should make their own decisions as to taking them.
