We don't need anyone dropping Obama's name on this since anyone paying any attention at all knows Obama was very involved in this operation.
In the summer of 2016, Obama repeatedly announced in public speeches that Trump was being accused of collusion with the Russians. It was obvious to me that Obama's accusations were supposed to be taken as proof that Trump was guilty.
Contrary to what these liars wanted (and want) people to believe, accusations are not proof of anything - but it was obvious that that's exactly what Obama wanted people to think. Obama couldn't come right out and say Trump colluded with the Russians because then he would have had to have offered proof of which he had none.
