Everyone I know who has been using marijuana long term is suffering from issues that they will not acknowledge is most likely directly related to their usage pattern. Whether you realize it or not they both most likely have cognitive and physical problems that they are attributing to other causes. But I acknowledge that there are those who survive and thrive even after making poor lifestyle choices. I do not personally know any long term users who are not having problems that to me appear to fit a certain pattern.
