Why are they still free among us? Because they have nothing to fear. They have a better life expectancy than you and I.

It’s a dumb question that ALL you text messages are never destroyed, unless you destroy you phone? Sorry, did know that. Not as smart as you are. But less rude at least.

If you have Siri or Alexa turned on, the systems already know what you’re thinking ... no need to ask. Just say, “Page andn Strzok”. Cheers!

Because Sessions recused himself, he was completely out of the picture and had delegated all things Russian to rosenstein. Sessions had no say at all in the matter, and was likely not even consulted.

“ALL OF OUR TEXT MESSAGES, PHOTOS ETC ARE ON SOME CLOUD, SOMEWHERE?” Yes

“OR WAS IT BECAUSE, THE PHONES WERE FBI PHONES” Also, yes.

The phone company has a record of all your text messages, even if you delete them from your phone. The government also has a record of all the text messages sent through phones that are owned by the government, as well as the phone company, due to government records retention laws.

For private phones, the government would need a warrant, or at least the cooperation of the phone company to access texts (legally that is; illegally, the NSA can probably just pull them through a backdoor). For government owned devices, they can just pull up that information themselves from their own servers. That’s why it is so ridiculous to believe that thousands of text messages between these two were “deleted”, since they would have had to have been deleted from at least five different places (the phones, the phone company servers, the phone company servers’ backups, the government servers, and the government servers’ backups).

“ALL you text messages are never destroyed, unless you destroy you phone”

No, they are never destroyed even if you destroy the phone. Perhaps after ten, fifteen years or so if the phone company is running out of storage and no longer legally required to retain them, they might overwrite the backups, but I wouldn’t count on that.

Yes, I understand this. Sessions stepped aside. And they took over.

“Even if you erase the text message, it’s still stored on the phone, just like information is stored on your computer.”

Technically correct, but storage is pretty limited on a phone so those bits and bytes will probably get written over in short order. The real problem is that the texts were sent through the phone company’s network, and the phone company has a copy on their server that does not get deleted when you delete them from your phone.

“But there are lapses like right after the election”

Those aren’t “lapses”, they are redactions, whether they admit to that or not. 100% of those messages are easily recoverable, they just do not want the public reading some of them.

Exactly, also true for any device provided by a corporate entity that is regulated in any way. All communications are recorded and archived for future litigation and investigations.

Mueller didn’t want to recover it, and probably made no effort to do so.

We’re both right in one form or another. But text messages don’t take up a lot of space, in the grand scheme of things. It may look like that if you look at the storage limits on your phone, but then look at how many text messages are on there. On top of that, I have no idea if the FBI has some type of server or storage system set up since everyone is using government phones, kind of like using Outlook, where everything is stored.

But, then again, the phone companies do have the technology to capture all those 1’s and 0’s and can tell you exactly what was typed. Their biggest issue is storing all of the information. Just think about how many text messages are screaming thru cyberspace every minute. That is a lot of info. A friend was doing an investigation and spoke with one of the tech folks, I think from ATT. He was told that if a subpoena was given to them within a day or two of a text, there’s a chance they could recover it. After that, with everything being overwritten, it would be impossible, but again, he stated that the problem was more about storage than the tech to recapture the message. But that was a few years ago, so there’s no telling how far things have advanced. And that is what the public is being told. No telling what they can really do if the issue is worthy.

Aside from all of that, not one of these traitors thought they were going to get caught, so they probably made no attempt to get rid of anything.

Unfortunately, I doubt either one of us will ever know what really happened and how it all went down.

This whole discussion makes me realize that, the FBI i.e. Wray hasn’t been forthright at all.

McCarthy’s book lays it out clearly.

This whole thing ran deep. The fact that there are any emails or texts available is from pure luck.

We need one person, high up to take the hit, and they’ll fall like a house of cards. Brennan? I think he’s the guy.

everything is retrievable.
I have been waiting for a few to be indicted, cause a slime like Brennan or Stork will sing like canaries rather a long prison sentence.
Also even if found innocent or guilty a slime like our esteemed former FBI head will be bankrupt by lawyers.
A win win situation.
Course this I.G. Is one slow ass clown.

Forget about Strzok being FBI. He’s CIA and not even on their payroll, he’s SAC-OPS.

Odd nobody answered you, and the answer was interesting. The phones had a mysterious file on them which had archived all of the texts. The software wasn’t designed to create the file, the contractor who procured the phones had no idea how it got there, but there were all of the texts which had been lost by the FBI.

There is a huge intelligence war going on right now between corrupt CIA/FBI elites, who were doing extremely bad shit, and the NSA and Military intelligence. And NSA/Mil Intel wasn’t leaving anything to chance, they were playing to win.

As one player in the game frequently says, enjoy the show.
