I drink bottled spring water. It is a manufactured product. It is also a commodity.

I was simply pointing out that both oil and water are natural resources.

Saying that the people of one State lacking a natural resource should suffer the consequences is a silly premise I M H O.

There would be a cost involved with a pipeline which the beneficiaries would have to pay for.

Oil is owned PRIVATELY. It is not a public resource. Who “owns” the water in the Great Lakes? Since they’re controlled by the states, we can safely assume they’re owned by the citizens of those states.

And those citizens have said desert states are not entitled to rape our natural resources so that Hollywood maggots living in what is essentially a desert can have swimming pools.
