He’s nuts, how the hell do you take down a 400 pounds man then who is resisting arrest? Trip him? I heard this dude had such bad heart and breathing problems that he couldn’t walk half a block, ANYTHING could have given him a heart attack. This is 100% on the city council that demanded cops do this and the Mayor, as Ann Coulter says: “Nothing comes between a liberal and taxes” All the crime out there and they are forcing cops to arrest someone selling a freaking cigarette.
