WTH? Where is CONgress on the “suspicious device” legislation DEMANDING more intergalactic background checks? And this perp with a criminal record just bought them willy nilly. Oh, the yuge manatee!
Does this man have a name?
His name is Larry Griffin, 26 y/o. Known to have ‘mental issues’. Simply have ‘mental issues’ is not a crime, in fact in my opinion, most people do have some level of what could be described as a ‘mental or emotional disorder’ but it is kept under control. That’s just an aspect of being a human being.
But if someone doesn’t know any better than not to scare the community by planting bomb-like devices here and there, then society needs protection from that kind of person until they can control that compulsion.
Another no name!
Where are we as a culture when a rice cooker is now considered a “bomb-like device”? What’s next: crock pots? They look like pressure cookers too.
Outlaw all pressure cookers...
Why is it that the authorities, media, and politicians refuse to acknowledge “trial runs” when they see them... Happens every time...
I didn’t know placing an empty pressure cooker on the ground was a crime.
I am sitting in a bar called the Sanity Room in Independence, Ia. It is where the state mental health facility is located. I will check to see if they have a bed for him.
Maybe he needs to be castrated. They tell people to neuter their pets so they don’t stray far from home. Maybe Huma should try that with her Weiner.
Don’t tell me they DO NOT do background checks on subway users. MY GOD!!! A strong guy could KILL dozens of people there by simply pushing them on to the tracks.
Horrible that we regulate people who drive cars, but not people who enter subway stations. THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!
Quick - outlaw rice cookers because they cause even more panic than the same number of guns....
