Why? Because this isn’t about indictments, it’s about convictions. Nothing is won and much is lost if a jury lets them off or gets hung because every detail wasn’t covered perfectly.
Burden of proof is on the prosecution, the case MUST be perfect. And that jury could ver6easily have a half dozen jurors on it that hate Trump with a white hot passion. A half dozen AOCs or a half dozen Nadlers or Pelosis. And they ALL have to vote guilty. You can’t make it quick or rushed, it has be tighter than a submarine. You have to have a unanimous verdict, and the jury won’t be 12 FReepers.
Don't get depressed. There is still some justice in the world:
If you or I had committed these crimes, we would most certainly be condemned to prison.
