well no. He moved thousands of federal jobs out of DC. He got toll booths set up on the interstate to pad employment in his area when the rest of the WHY was free.
He was a pompous buffoon and i already posted the quote about clinton. He was only important because the others were too lazy to read the constitution and he didn’t follow it himself, just using it when it was convenient.
