At lot of what some of the people at meatheals.com list sounds just like me. I’ve cut a lot of bread and sugar and feel better. Cravings are down and overall I feel better.
Last night instead of dining out, I made burgers here for us. No bun for me. I let a little cheese melt and a touch of ketchup/mayo. I didn’t miss the bun.
I’ve been eating meat & drinking water for 383 straight days.
Every aspect of my life has been greatly improved!
