SHOCK FOOTAGE: Pro-Life Leader HANDCUFFED At Presidential Debates
Created Equal brought the victims of abortion to Detroit, MI for the Presidential Debates. While there we were unlawfully harassed by police officers in the name of safety. Police enforced double standards and did not treat any of the other viewpoints as harshly as they treated the anti-abortion message and those who delivered it. The job of the police is to uphold the rule of law. Created Equal is grateful for many police officers who take up this mantle with integrity, but in this case they acted out unlawfully on more than a few occasions and stifled our first amendment rights.
On at least four different occasions in the span of a few hours, our pro-life views were forcefully suppressed by Detroit police while other more politically correct speech was protected.
Detroit police are caught on film saying:
• “Let it be unconstitutional, then.”
• “I can’t have a Boston bomber!”
• “You’re going to jail!”
• “This is not Burger King.” Apparently, a reference to not getting to “have it our way.”
Police forced us to conduct our outreach several blocks away from the Fox Theatre and nowhere near persons who came to attend the debate.
Mark Harrington said, “By threat of arrest police compelled us to be penned up in nowhere land while more liberal protesters were permitted to express themselves undeterred. False accusations of trespass, disorderly conduct, and violating a legal order, among other equally spurious allegations, were used to bully us into submission. We are now evaluating our legal options in response to this blatant infringement of our First Amendment rights.”
Detroit is a liberal, pro-abortion bastion. At one point an officer said his orders to restrict us “came from on high.” In other words, the city of Detroit was out to protect pro-abortion presidential candidates from protesters.
Created Equal supports law enforcement. We also understand that the government can place reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions on speech. However, those restrictions must be tailored in a way to be minimally restrictive to free expression. Resigning pro-life activists to an obscure and non-visible location is not reasonable or minimally restrictive.

Was just on the reddit “Christianity” group where somebody was complaining that their church pastor was all pro-Trump and how evil it was that they talked politics in church.
One commenter agreed and responded that the priest of his church went on an anti-abortion tirade from the pulpit citing Trumps and other politicians words but never ONCE citing scripture - the commenter thought that was just awful and wholly political.
These are the idiots we’re dealing with.
Who were the “victims of abortion” they brought? The mothers of the aborted, I assume, and not the actual victims- the infant corpses? The story didn’t say.
I have to ask, what must be a stupid question I hope, since anything goes these days. Absolutely anything.
The idea that the police only made the anti-abortionist group move.
I know that I don’t know all of it, but if you, as a police officer, needed to separate two groups, which one would you move? The group with signs saying you are willing to kill, or the group with signs saying they are agents killing?
Like so much of left-wing virtue signaling, “speaking truth to power” and “the right of peaceful protest” is strictly a one-way street, just one more political ploy.
I do not believe in abortion for no reason other than choice, I also do not believe in mobs acting like a bunch of crazy Dems.
I know that when I went to the Trump rally in Everett Washington, The kept the Trump protesters on one side of the street. No exceptions. I wanted to take a photo of them and I was not allowed to go over for a closer shot. It was for our safety.
In the case of the anti-abortion protesters, they were of no threat to anyone. However, those demonstrators for the DemonRATs, were a threat. They have been from the very start.

There is NO equal justice before the law.....NONE.
Like everything else liberalism touches, it’s been totally destroyed.
As long as the PIAPS, the Kenyan Usurper and all their filthy treasonous ilk are allowed to roam free to forage the land, there NEVER will be “equal justice before the law”. At some point, I dunno when, the People are, once again, gonna have to rise up and do what rightly needs to done.
