Early detection and agressive treatment has worked for me so far. It’s something most men have to deal with at some point, hopefully late enough in life and slow progressing enough that something else gets you first. Something gets us all. I understand prostate cancer detection and testing is being talked about being dropped from normal checkups by the insurance companies. I hope this is not true, it helped me. Thanks for the post and info.

Significant delays in skeletal related events, castration resistance, time to next therapy, and time to PSA progression were observed, with maintenance of a high quality of life over time.

I have a high level of that. Just let me die already.

When I was in school the treatment was bilateral orchiectomy and DES.
