Raccoons are pests but they are cute.

It is too bad these disease carrying, property destroying, garbage scavengers, garden raiding pests get a pass just because they are cute.

They should have taken the grate back to the engine house and accidentally dropped the grate, killing the cutie. Aw, too bad!

It's good the guy who breaks into your house isn't so cute that you don't shoot him and then he kills your family.

A guy I play ball with is proud that there is a family of coons in the woods behind his house that come to his back patio to feed on the dog food he sets out for them.......

I told him he shouldn't be doing that but he keeps it up. It's not like he lives out in the country, he doesn't. He's in a subdivision here in S.E. Michigan.

I have assisted many a raccoon into the after life while making buzzards very happy.

Have you ever seen a raccoon fight. Three rac’s got into a fight under one of my bird feeders four evenings ago and let me tell you .. it was vicious. Only lasted about 5 seconds but the sounds they made was eerie.

It was over before I could bring arms to bear.

Yes, he’s just making them easier to trap. They are absurdly easy to trap in the first place, but still...

That was probably a big male coon having sex with an unwilling female. Once you see their pecker bone you’ll understand why the females flee the males and make darn sure they have well hidden, defensible dens.

Re-locating them to the front sidewalk never seems to work. They usually find their way back.

If you’re capturing raccoons, you’d better relocate them a few states away. They’re coming and going at will, and they’re explorers, traveling miles for food, or even something as simple as a handwash.
