They’re probably getting them at law enforcement prices of between 350-450

The P320 is around the same price. I like them better than any Glock I have fired. I assume they will buy Glocks with real night sights instead of the standard plastic ones?

Also 9mm ammo is cheap. My rule on calibers is I only get what you can find ammo for cheap and plentiful at Wal-Mart. Heck, right now you can get 9mm and 5.56 ammo at Wal-Mart about as cheap as any place you can get it online. I can't reload either one as cheap as I can get it at Wal-Mart.

Somebody nailed it. They could have switched to the Sig P229 Legion for $800-$900 but went with the the $500 Glock. Look for an increase in accidental discharges in 3-2-1. 😆

Not when you buy them by the truckload. LE pricing at a blue label dealer is a little over $400.

You can pick up a .357Sig Glock actually fairly cheap in my neck of the woods. Unless you reload that caliber it can be a touch expensive. I had a local gun/pawn establishment practically begging me to buy the duo-tone .357sig Glock he had in the case and the price was below $400. I walked out with the Glock 29 10mm instead.

As for the 9mm Glock. My wife carries a Glock 17 in her vehicle with two mags and my Dad carries a Glock 19 as his daily carry weapon. If paired with the right hollow point rounds the 9mm is an effective sidearm. If it were just ball ammo, forget it! Give me the .45ACP all day long.
