Same thing that happens to anyone who is eaten by a lion and is fully digested, falls into a vat of hydrochloric acid, is flattened by a steamroller, is on the wrong end of Kim Jung Un's machinations, or the vast majority who get eaten by worms in the ground over the course of hundreds of years. God has no problem resurrecting and glorifying a human body. They don't have to be the exact same molecules (heck our own bodies regenerate cells numerous times over the course of a lifetime). Non-Christians also get resurrected and judged.
