They are going to have a real problem with the relationship of the driveway to the patio sliding door to the astroturf yard.

I imagine that California will NOT let them get away with having almost no balusters on the main stairwell (nightmare for any family with toddlers).

They will have to make sure that the toilets are out of sight of the main camera angles on the kids' bathroom.

The girls’ bedroom goes at least 3/4 around the house - possibly all around the house. In various episodes, the girls look out their bedroom window, and see the front yard, the back yard, and at least one side yard.

I think the boys’ bedroom has no windows at all.

Mike Brady was quite an architect.
