There’s an 80’s film “Young Catherine” on her life. Starred Julia Ormond. She was definitely not chubby.

Had some inaccuracies on her, but an enjoyable film.

She was quite stout as an older woman, but she hadn’t had surgical atrocities performed on her face, at least. Actresses don’t want to portray historical figures as they really looked.
