I don’t know about that Fellow Traveler, but good old Orange Texas, home of Bum Phillips and Michael Berry, but it certainly deserves its own 3X5 card on the figurative whiteboard of all of this stuff. Not sure what it connects to though.

Okay, I'm not completely down with this one, but all the Los Angeles, water company, watch the water talk keeps making me think of the movie Chinatown. That's why I posted that Chinatown gif earlier.
The main thing in the movie was that some rich guy was trying to take control of the water in LA. Buying up land and stuff.
One of the scenes in the movie had them in an orange orchard owned by the rich guy (John Huston).
Just thought I'd throw that out for you conspiracy theorists to help with this one.

I like to think of the derp state as sorta like the Borg. A collective all working together toward the same goal. A many headed hydra, if you will.
I think there may be a 'panel' at the very tippy top that ultimately controls all 'offshoots' of the international organization.
Each country being like a franchise. Like a taco bell that has an 'owner' but takes direction from corporate and must stay on mission and within certain lines.
So who runs the tools? The controlled institutions in America? Certainly not the Comey's, Mueller s, Brennans, Holders, or Lynches.
They are in place to do a thing. Hillary/Obama would be the top of our official franchise, cause they have the legal powers and control the institutions.
Gah..End rant (got more) but gotta run to my SECOND Dr. appointment of the day....grrrrrrr.
So anyway, short answer. The Borg runs Mueller and the investigation.
