Its the diet. Aspartame and all of the crap in the processed food that was all the rage in the 80’s and 90’s.

Moms stopped cooking in the 70s. The kids of the 80s and 90s hardly ever ate “fresh” anything.

I know there are a lot of people on here that will say they always ate good food—and that might be true, for them.

Take a look around. Tell me that the majority if Americans are eating a good diet.
