When trendy people decided the anus was meant to receive as well as expel, trouble started. Nature has a way, slowly sometimes, of taking care of problems.

Yep. Rural diets more natural and healthful.

Not in the case of one of my church members. He was just 40 and left a wife and two young sons behind.

It nearly killed me. That is how and why I became a nutritionist nearly 30 years ago: to survive.

Urban populations have more anal sex. Its where homosexuals are concentrated for one thing.

Most people these days think a salad comes in a bag.
Fruit comes in a can or a sugar filled smoothie.
It is really sad.

I have a chronic knee injury that acts as a barometer of my diet. If I eat a bunch of ultraprocessed crap after eating clean for awhile, boom! there comes the inflammation. It’s clear as day.

No, it means you have a higher chance of finding it before it’s too late.

Perhaps rurals don’t have as much co-morbidity with airborne pollutants and high-stress commuting as do metro area people. Rural children have been shown to have fewer allergies than urban children because they build their immunities closer to nature, especially as compared to children with constantly sanitized environments such as the modern two-income professional parents’ homes.

The main reason why homosexual men and women are at increased risk for colon cancer in the U.S. is because they aren’t afforded equal rights. This disparity increases healthcare barriers for gay people, decreasing access to preventive care and increasing the risk for a number of conditions, including colon cancer.
global warming not mentioned as a cause. will not give the site, don’t need to go there.

More young people are overweight, have a poor diet and exercise less. The US Army reported this long before the release of the colorectal cancer data.
Coincidence? Probably not.

Not in this rural area they don’t-the nearest real fast food/processed food is over 20 miles away, not worth the drive-and most of us are small business/cottage industry owners/workers-so we don’t commute to work in a city-many kids are homeschooled, so mom does have time to cook-fresh, local produce and free-range meat is always available to cook and eat-lots of naturalists out here.
I’m surprised there aren’t more people obese and affected by related ailments-that stupid cereal/grain/carb based food pyramid has had people eating unhealthy crap for decades...
