One would hope that he would pressure Congress by vetoing this madness. Trump has done many good things, but damn, no rational adult can defend this. When Chuck U and Nancy are smiling, America is one step closer to dissolution.There is NO excuse for accepting this steaming pile of nuclear waste.
Vetoing ...and then what? The Dems would LOVE to energize their dependent base by the shutting down of the government. The budget is a NO WIN for the Executive branch...

Ted got his usa paperwork at age 16 or so in school when he needed it for a field trip. When he first entered the USA it was as a Canadian citizen. He could have received USA citizenship at birth but his parents were not motivated to get it for him.
