There used to be an agency called FCC; Federal Communications Commission. Maintaining decency standards to protect the public good. When did they cease to be? Was it right after Janet Jackson’s ‘Wardrobe Malfunction’ at the
Super Bowl XXXVIII in 2004? What she did (nipple slip) was NOTHING compared to today’s reality shows.

But what about a TV Host implying that he wants Genocide conducted throughout the land. That does not warrant some kind of fine or penalty? If not, the FCC truly is toothless and dead.

Does the FCC have jurisdiction over cable TV? Since MSNBC is a cable network, maybe there’s no legal sanctions possible against them?

Not if a Democrat or an organ of the Democrat Party propaganda machine does it. It warrants a fine or penalty only if:1. President Trump does it. 2. A Republican does it.

AS much as I hate to have to admit it, the law does not apply to Democrats or their disciples.

President Trump has just survived a coup to prevent him from taking an Office which he won or to remove him from said Office. During the execution of this coup numerous felony crimes were committed. Has anyone been arrested? no. Will anyone be arrested? In My opinion,no. Will anyone ever be brought to trial for this? No.
