Might be a TX problem.

Used to have bad deer and seed ticks here when I was a young thing. Ditto chiggers. Could walk across the fields to my uncle’s farm and get literally covered in seed ticks.

Haven’t seen any of those in probably 30 years now.

I make sure to keep a mound or two near the house in the front yard. Just because.

FYI, if you imported fire ants across state lines, you could be arrested.

Your page says you are in Canada; bigger problem for importing a invasive species into your country.

Do NOT tell people to bring in Fire Ants!
