It's happening in Western countries, because freedom (equal opportunity) is being supplanted by 'Political Correctness' (equal results). As we slide towards third-world tyranny, be prepared for future 007s representing additional special interest groups, all 'deserving' equal results, as the Left (once again) attempts to contort reality to fit their comic book ideals! We'll have a transgender 007, an undocumented immigrant 007, and no doubt a physically & mentally handicapped 007. And they'll all be winners (unlike the movies in which they will be depicted)!
