Why do they think this journalist rises to the level of “War Criminal?”
I mean, I get that not one of them is really a noncombatant, and the Spanish Civil war conclusively proved that eliminating them dispels some of the uncertainties about who is on what side on the battlefield, but I wouldn’t just call them war criminals.
Well, it is up to debate was a victim war criminal or not but the perp is sentenced for sure.
I would think the warcrime label came from a military unit knowingly murdering journalists out filming.
