This is true and it most likely is.
But I'm suspicious of the media coverage. Why do I, or most Americans give two F's about a blackout in Manhatten?
Blackouts happen all the time all over the US, but the news doesn't follow it 24/7 non-stop. But when it happens in Derp Central, we all have to care.
Let them light candles and eat each other for all I care.
