something like this happened in Orlando FL a few years ago/
Police Chief left her weapon in her department vehicle. Got broken into and stolen.
Now the standard procedure for this seems to be instant termination. Or maybe some other severe penalty.
But this person was the right color; (or not the “wrong color”)
And her husband was County Sheriff.
Now this particular retired police chief is a US Congressperson.
Whoever said the law is color blind must have been blind from birth.
Yep..I remember that...funny how that happens....
