The arrest of 43-year-old Keith Burley comes after New Castle police were called about 10:30 p.m. Monday to a home on High Street in Union Township, where a large police presence remained Tuesday morning. He was taken into custody in Ohio by U.S. marshals, police said.
Police said Burley stabbed the boy following a domestic dispute that started in a car. The dispute involved Burley and his 36-year-old girlfriend, who was assaulted during an argument over cellphones, according to investigators.

it is inexplicable the twisted hatred of the children of another mother or father. People raise your kids yourself and then get a love life.
Death penalty.
Ytown.. the armpit of the nation.
And this sick attraction women have for prison guys............
He has a black Moslim beard.
Child was white.
Mom’s Muslim boyfriend? Maybe it’s just the beard.
“Burley had just been released from prison in March after serving 20 years for murder.”
It is very, very unusual for a stepmother or Dad’s girlfriend to kill one of Dad’s children.
In fact, if single father custody carried 10% of the danger of single mother custody (which dangers are not limited to murder), it would be illegal.
Oh wait, I forgot - it’s practically illegal right now.
There is a reason for the evil step mother meme.
I blame the slut mother too. Too many children have died at the hands of live-in boyfriends of trashy mothers who think only of themselves
Public hanging. Maybe it’s time - again - some public examples be made.
