Seriously though, to a human being that lived thousands of years ago, our technology would be simply mind blowing and I’m not sure they would even survive the terror of it all.
Anything unusual and new may be considered the work of demons.
Technology has obviously changed Incredibly.
But men haven’t changed that much in the same time span.
Hell, the struggles in Psalms could have been written about most people’s struggles today (human spirit and mind struggles).
Where will we be in another several thousand years?
Might we be going where no man has gone before?
And would we our bodies and minds evolve NEARLY as quickly as our knowledge.
Aliens may not be as different from us as many think.

Actually the nukes are most dangerous to us. And the aliens would be doing us a big favor to eliminate them all.
Yeah, we’ll do really well against some advanced alien life form that has mastered inter-stellar space travel, I would imagine we will all end up in a human omelette within five minutes.

The alien could be a virus as was written about in Andromeda Strain.
That would be true if they were coming from a nearby star. Maybe just 200 more years advanced than us. But if 1,000 years or more advanced, food would no longer be an issue.

Unfortunately for all concerned the war is already over ... the “aliens” having detected our existence, making us a competitor and therefore a threat, launched an ultra dense neutron star stuff mass of approximately one kilometer in diameter traveling at near light speed toward the sun from several light years beyond the Ort Cloud. When the mass slams into the sun, it will nova destroying the entire inner solar system and out to Jupiter.

But what if they come here seeking asylum? AND what if they have their kids with them?
