Yes the pictures were very necessary to prove that she was only harassed for being white and attractive. If she were a minority or unattractive or old then the airline would have had no issue with her clothing.

EasyJet is a British airline. Europeans take far less kindly to frivolous lawsuits than Americans do. She wouldn't have a chance.
