De industrialization and globalism will kill the USA’s middle class and with that, the end of the “good times”.
Good post, my view is how far down the road we are.
People will spend a great deal more time figuring out ways to put food on the table and keep the roof over their heads. This will be very difficult in urban areas. Those in fly over country would be a little better off, basic gardening skills will be extremely valuable.
As the Chinese proverb says about “cursed to live in interesting times”, it will be very difficult.
