According to new reports, a group of seven illegal aliens are suing the Department of Homeland Security due to conditions in Border Patrol detention facilities. The migrants also claim to have not been given access to adequate legal representation, and allege that the conditions in the overcrowded facilities are “dangerous and inhumane.” Now, the illegals are suing, claiming they want to be released on bond. Over the past several months, illegal immigration at the US-Mexico border has surged dramatically, prompting law enforcement officials to repeatedly seek help from lawmakers.

Look, you have to accept that this is a Congress problem.
WE sent those people there. The Philadelphia Convention gave them the powers to do the things they do.
As long as you accept that Congress has to be composed of Democrats and Republicans, then you must accept that things are the way they are.

What the lying, deceitful, media never bother to mention is the facilities Our Brave CBP and BP men and women have to endure for the Southern Surge. Housed on former Military bases and barracks, condemned 8 years ago, with no running water, months on end beyond original deployment, six or seven days a week, mandated for additional eight hours daily. Tasked to making sandwiches, doing laundry, baby-sitting, cleaning bathrooms, checking illegals for diseases, de-lousing...
Why no concern for these outstanding LEOs?

If you chose to stay, that is all on you, if you don’t like the conditions, well, that was your choice. You can always leave to go back home
Well now. Just reverse the process and
sue them for ‘breaking and entering’.
