Given the state of California and Los angeles in particular, I’d say their effect is appropriate.
That area is seeing the return of Middle Ages plagues so their magic is having an effect.
We all have a front row seat in witnessing what happens when God removes His beneficent Hand....
There is a spiritual vacuum in this state.
Remember what Jesus said about the demons returning to a house that had been cleaned and swept, but not inhabited by holiness and devotion to God, and so as a result even more demons came in and took up residence there?
Matthew 12:43-45.
That’s what’s going on with this state.
