I love my diesel (and it's 800 mile highway range) far too much to *ever* consider an electric.But if I did there are at least several that are out now that I'd consider before a Tesla.

I love my diesel

I worked for years with a gaggle of devout diesel heads.

They convinced me to follow in their ways.

I totally lusted for a VW Amarok, and VW was promising US production...

Then the dumbass nazis totally destroyed the diesel auto as we know it.

Our son had and loved a VW diesel until they made him an offer too generous to refuse.
He drives 100 miles EACH way five days a week.

He has driven and likes the EVs, now watching the price parity.
