CNN boss Jeff Zucker makes sexual joke about star anchor during award ceremony: report

CNN President Jeff Zucker made a sexual joke about one of his female employees, "New Day" anchor Alisyn Camerota, while accepting an award on Thursday.
Zucker was being honored for leadership at the Mirror Awards, which recognizes excellence in journalism. The ceremony is hosted by Syracuse University and was being emceed by Camerota.
According to The Hollywood Reporter’s Jeremy Barr, Zucker joked to the anchor: "I was gonna say that I love waking up WITH YOU every morning, but I want to say that I love waking up TO YOU every morning."

OMG, a guy made a sexually-laden joke about an attractive woman! WTF is the world coming to? Men never used to say things like th...oh, wait, uh, never mind.
Look, I don’t like this particular guy because I think he is simply Leftist scum (as if there is any other kind of Leftist), and I despise his network with a white hot, burning passion. However, it was a slightly off-color joke. The world is not going to spin off its axis because of this, nor did he grope this woman (unlike a certain former Senator from Delaware who is in his late 70’s), nor did he sexually assault her. It was a freaking joke, and not even a particularly offensive one at that. I am sick and tired of the hypersensitive overreaction to every glance, word or action taken by every heterosexual male in this country. It’s time for this nonsense to stop, even if it benefits a Leftist scumbag like Zucker.
