Cuba Gooding Jr. will turn himself into NYPD on Thursday and will be arrested for allegedly groping a woman -- but on camera he insists he did nothing wrong, and there's hard evidence to prove it.
Sources connected to the Oscar winner tell TMZ ... he plans to surrender Thursday and expects to be booked for a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching. Cuba was in L.A. Tuesday night -- about to board a flight to NYC -- when a photog asked him directly about the groping allegation.
Cuba says the claim he grabbed a woman's breast Sunday night at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge in Manhattan ... is absolutely untrue. He says he was there partying with friends, and posed for pics with fans, but says no one was touched inappropriately ... not even by accident.

We've reached a point where "touching" someone in a crowded nightclub, where urban swells already show up half-naked is now a heinous #metoo media crime.
Society's hypocrisy has become ridiculous. Save for everyone wearing bodycams in the future, situations like this are nearly impossible to adjudicate.
I don’t know a lot about Cuba, but I’ve always liked him in the movies, especially Snow Dogs.
As bill burr said there an epidemic of gold digging whores out there.
Cuba often seems cranked up on something, and can be as impulsive as a teenager. I’ve seen him ‘taking liberties’ before when around young women. It’s the life he’s been used to for at least the last 30 years. Would not surprise me.

The New England Patriots have a player (Julian Edelman) who was accused back in 2011 of groping a woman in a nightclub, and many people, myself included, were open to thinking “Yeah, a professional athelete...that figures” and when the surveillance video footage showed he barely touched her hand, the charges were dropped.
I heard after the fact that she was simply looking for a payday...so it happens.
That was the last movie I saw in a theater that brought tears to my eyes from laughing so hard!
Even if true, it’s no worse than what TSA does.
But, feminists tell us weak little females simply can’t survive in the wilds of our urban nightclub culture without a legal presumption of guilt backed up by government men with guns being applied to any male who gets near them and is either 1) rich enough or 2) not pretty enough. What to do - oh dear!

Bet there are cameras to prove what happened or didn’t happen.
He seems to be a soft spoken, polite guy. I believe him.
Franken said he didn’t do it, also. Then, the photo showed up.
