The Boston City Council wants to make sure everyone who needs menstrual products has access to them, regardless of income.
During the regular city council meeting, Councilors Matt OMalley and Lydia Edwards called for a hearing about menstrual equity.
Its important to have conversations about public health that impact women, girls, and low-income families, said OMalley during Wednesdays meeting.

It will be its own debate.
A whole debate dedicated to it.
The 2nd one is on condoms.
The 3rd one is on (put whatever insanity you can think of here)

Does this mean more of the welfare money they already receive from the taxpayers can go to hair weaves, perms, boots, and nail polish painting?

How about toothpaste, shampoo, toilet paper? Why should the taxpayer be responsible for someone's personal hygiene?

During the regular city council meeting, Councilors Matt OMalley and Lydia Edwards called for a hearing about menstrual equity. I am quite sure that every woman in this country is free to menstruate if she needs to. Between menses and menopause no one has the right to stop a woman from menstruating! /S
I really hate the way the Left misuses language to push socialism as the moral high ground.
There is nothing morally superior about forcibly taking property from one person to supply the needs of another person. It is not the purpose of government to enforce equity of any kind on citizens.

"menstrual equity." What about gender equity, or penile equity, or food equity, or pet equity, or home equity, or vehicle equity, or Bentley car equity, or idiocy equity? This would be a laughable joke if they were not serious, but they are and that is what makes it a laughable joke, Liberalism truly is a mental disease. We are here: If there are no absolutes by which to judge society, then society is absolute. Francis Schaeffer, How Shall We Then Live? (Old Tappan NJ: Fleming H Revell Company, 1976), p. 224.

Liberals want free tampons.
Their news anchor women wear them as earings.
Chicago thugsters use them to plug flesh holes from drive-bys
PP gives them as freebies to lure future abortion clients in their biz.

“Womb to the Tomb” has taken yet another twist!
More hypocrisy! Pro-abortion feminists say government can’t tell them what to do with their body, etc. yet they want government to inject itself into their menstruation cycle?!?!
Free tampons for all genders is reason generations before us made the sacrifices they did? Totally outrageous :(
