The Mexicans who are running CA government aren’t bothered by the disease and filth. It’s just like the mother country, where the wealthy are walled off from the diseased peons who mainly make a living through crime and handouts.
Which sounds exactly like Mexico. Wealthy elite walled off from the poor masses. And almost no middle class.
